Great toy but . . . I have a 55lb Retriever and when left alone with the rope she just likes to pull at the ends and eat the strings that come off. Other than that the toy is great for tug of war.
Dog loves but thread EVERYWHERE I have to vacuum my condo almost once a day he rips the thread out. He almost has it all out and soon it will just be the knots with the oart in the middle and that should cut down on the mess but he does love to play tug or war and fetch with it.
excellent Very good price for the quality. I've tried other rope toys for my retriever and he's chewed through them quickly. This one's holding up well after one month. I would recommend.
puppy does not like this I ordered the medium of this chew rope but it was too big for my papillon. So I tried to give it to my labrador but she prefers the rope toys that she already has. This rope chew toy seems wellmade but my dogs don't seem to like it.
Knotty toy perfect for naughty Lab Our 65lb Labrador Retriever loved this rope toy. We played tug with it and she would chew on it too. It's sturdy but not indestructible. After playing with it for at least an hour every day for a month she managed to tear it apart. Of course it would have lasted much longer if we'd used it exclusively for tug.
Durable rope toy My dog really loves this toy. The rope I received is a different color than in the picture but its deep purples blues and green which I like better. It's holding up better than ropes I've had in the past.
It's okay Good sturdy rope that dogs love to grip and chew on. Bright colors makes it interesting especially when moving.Bad the frayed string ends are ALWAYS falling off. And dogs love to eat themlater to hack them up or worse choke on them. I've never seem a rope lose the end strings this easily. Beware.
Great toy Our dog loves this rope. One of our best investments yet. It has been a durable and fun toy for our chewhappy dog. The little strings coming of the end are a bit of a problem but not major issues with them thus far.
Its good. I bought this for my brothers 8 week old german shepherd. I figured he would grow into it. At first it was too big for him he would step on it trying to carry it and it was too heavy for him to carry around.. He would try shaking his head with it in his mouth and it was too heavy for him to do it. So I bought him their medium size chew rope but he still preferred the Large..One month since the dog got the large and now he has no problem carrying it around.. I will purchase this one again if he loses it. The medium is way smaller than the large.
