Finally!
It's not Weimaraner proof! Took my Weimaraner about 15 seconds to remove the squeaker from the middle of this toy. We use it now as a tug toy. It's pretty sturdy but if they want it to be chew proof they'll have to find a better way to protect the squeaker in it.
CRAP!!! AVOID Gave this to my best friends' 7 month old puppy she had the stuffing out of the mouth within 20 minutes. Chew guard?? HA. Pure garbage Save your money go out and cut a branch that will last longer than this junk. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
Mr. Monkey rocks. I have purchased many a toy for my mothers chihuahua and while this one isn't truly indestructible it has lasted longer than any other plush chew toy that I've purchased. This one is a replacement for the prior one. The original is beginning to show wear after nearly 5 months of constant wear and tear.
Good for smaller dogs We gave this to our friend's pitbull and it destroyed it in about an hour. It has 5 squeakers in it which the dog tore after. Chewguard technology has some work to do. It would probably be better suited for smaller dogs.
