A hit but not for use in water My puppy labrador loves this toy! This toy works especially well when the younger kids want to play fetch with her as the odd shape helps them not have to put their hands near her mouth. I rated it only 3 stars because unlike a tennis ball this toy fills up with water if used for fetch at the lake and the water is impossible to squeeze out of the toy.
Not for chewers Portuguese Water Dog loved it but managed to tear off the outer covering in 15 minutes.
It's a hit My dog loves this! The material is similar to a tennis ball yellow fuzzy stuff but it's pliable when bitten like a squeaky toy. Seems sturdy and has a nice bounce and a good loud squeak. She likes to play tugofwar with it.
Yep The Cover Does Tend To Get Ripped Off.. ..but I give it five stars anyway. Around our house with two young larger Poms fighting over it these last about one or two months. Problem is it's by far their favorite toy even to the exclusion of the similar yellow Donut and Squeaker versions.throw either of those and they get ignored. We have a large 20+ year collection of dog toys that that never get played with. So even though they're not exceptionally durable the cover they make our dogs very happy and I'm ordering a couple more because the last spare just went into service.
Dog loves it! My Yorkshire Terrier loved this toy. He'd go crazy squeaking the hell out of it! It was pretty entertaining seeing him trot around with it in his mouth.He did manage to tear the outer tennis ball covering however it was partially my fault as I wasn't really paying attention when he did it.I also purchased the KONG Squeaker shaped like a bone and that one has held up considerably better than the bowling pin.
