My Black Lab loves this My dog loves this chimp. The sounds are very funny and the look on his face when the chimp talks is priceless.
Chimp the talking dog toy This a very nice talking dog toy alsovery cute and makes lots of sounds..He is also Maddies friendbut she doesnt pay as much attention to him as she does her Quack Quacktalking duck..I think if she didnt have the talking duck she would pay him more attention..Iam very pleased with the quality of both talking dog toys I got..
Great toy dog LOVES noises gone already. I wanted to find something for my dog 85 lb. Boxer that was like a zhu zhu pet because he LOVES those but they are too dangerous for me to let him play with when I'm not around. I was hoping that this toy would last a little bit longer than it did. He loves the noises but it was broken in 2 days. It was delivered Thursday and today is Friday not great. First the monkey noises got quieter now they've disappeared all together. Because it's inexpensive and he loves it so much I'll probably buy more. That said yes he breaks every squeaky thing he comes in contact with. So if your dog is not big on just gnawing on something maybe the noises will last longer. He loves the noises part of it so it's disappointing. I think the toy is genius I really do. It's like a kid toy. But there has to be some way to put the noise box in that makes it more durable.But yes I'll be buying more probably because he loves it.
Not made for large puppies The product was a lot smaller than the picture online. I did like the monkey sounds it made but my 7 month old puppy destroyed it within days. I do know I will not be purchasing another one of these toys! Maybe if I had a small dog.
Fun but screams! This is a cute little chimp and our pug loves it. He'll random pounce and carry it around in his mouth then curl up with it and take a nap. Our only complaint is the monkey sound it makes one long monkey howl. It starts low then increases to a high pitched scream which can get annoying fast if your pet finds the sweet spot and likes to set it off repeatedly just to prove they can. lol It's not extremely loud though so it's bearable. I would probably look for another animal that doesn't scream in nature next time but I would definitely look for another of this brand.
A favorite! Two of our dogs both claim this as their favorite. Next time I'll have to buy more of them just to keep the peace.
cute but SMALL We ordered this item for our Border Collie as a replacement for her favorite 'baby' that her sister destroyed. After comparing many stuffed monkeys online this one appeared to be the closest to the one that bit the dust. Our dog likes the toy but it is much smaller than we thought I'm not sure how they came up with the measurements listed in the product specifications because I don't see 7 inches from any direction. If you're looking for a very small toy for a dog then this would be great.
almost killed my dog This product was made with poor poisoned raw materials. I suspect it's made with chemical scrap. The monkey leaves his hair on the floor my shihtzu started biting him as expected and the hair started to leave. After an hour the dog started vomiting intensively. I saw bunches of hair in the vomit and had to throw away the very very brand new stuff.Will never purchase any product from this manufacturer or distributor. This is NOT made for PETS.
Pretty sure my dog thinks this is his baby He carries this dude with him everywhere and won't play fetch with it the duck and other less important toys get that honor I throw this and he retrieves in and then carries it to his bed for some gentle biting. I have never seen a toy inspire this kind of love in a dog which is why I've been informed I need to order backups.The chimp doesn't make as much noise as the duck but my dog does not seem to care. He is in love. This and the ducks have held up pretty well um aside from the fact that they don't have faces. Our first duck lasted for at least 2 years making noise and my other toy murdering dog was never able to kill it I think he wants all squeakers to die!!!.
Funny little Chimp ! Another funny little toy..sounds like a Chimp! Like the Kitty his voice is soft and funny not nerve racking!My little rescue Chihuahua has to carefully bite around a bit before he makes it squeakall the more entertaining for him!I would highly recommend these small soft animal toys for tiny teen or adult dogs.but then I guess it all depends on the dog!The manufacturer's tag tells you not to leave your pet alone with any toy that has a squeakerI think thats wise.
